Dr. Isuru Wijesinghe is a pharmaceutical scientist, educator, and academic leader with over 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and obtained his MSc and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Atlantic International University, USA.

Dr. Wijesinghe is the Chairman of the Institute of Medicine & Health Sciences (IMHS) and Kiddies Costumes (Pvt) Ltd, and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at several universities and educational institutions in Sri Lanka and internationally. He is also registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).

His academic interests include pharmacology, community pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical education, and clinical pharmacy training. Dr. Wijesinghe has been actively involved in training pharmacist students, developing professional pharmacy courses, and guiding candidates for the External Pharmacist Examination in Sri Lanka.

He is also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Law (LLB) at the Open University of Sri Lanka, expanding his expertise in healthcare law and regulatory affairs.
